Last year solar installations hit a record 5.95 Gigawatts in 2008! Whether your part in that record is one kilowatt or megawatts, we thank you for taking the sun’s power into your hands and connected power lines. It’s also okay if you haven’t yet plugged in your part of the sun – we hope you will make 2009 the year you do. We welcome all of you to this blog.
Perhaps you’ve already gone solar, and are looking for updates about the industry and the community you share with SunPower. Perhaps you haven’t yet solarized your home or business, and are looking for information that will help inform your decision. In addition to sharing information about the SunPower Corporation, we also plan on sharing notes about our exciting SunPower Foundation, and all the great work our team is doing in schools and communities around the world.
