Leveraging the plentiful desert sunlight, LVVWD partnered with SunPower to install five solar systems with Tracker technology, which maximizes energy capture. As a result, no water is used in power generation, and the system delivers clean, optimized energy at lower operating costs, reducing emissions by 38,000 lbs over 30 years.
