The college is using state-of-the-art technologies that lower costs, enhance operations and help achieve their sustainability goals. Covering 150,000 square feet, the power array supplies 40% of the Napa Valley College campus electricity load. The 1.2 MW solar generation system maximizes the sun’s available energy by capturing 20% more daylight than fixed arrays.
