SunPower integrates all utility facilities into our real-time monitoring platform, based on the industry-leading platform from OSIsoft, PI. PI provides a real-time window into plant and component operations status and performance via a standard web browser.

Additionally, all utility customers’ equipment assets are loaded in our IBM Maximo, an enterprise asset management system for long-term maintenance planning and history in addition to reliability metrics tracking. Utility customers are given secure web access visibility into each of their assets and can request and monitor work via their standard web browser.
